run properties and wrapping

Two quick questions (I hope):

Is there a keyboard shortcut for "right click on project, select properties,
select run category". I frequently find myself doing this (not always for
the main project).

Is there an easy way to wrap the text in the java code editor windows -
personally I don't like the limits on line length.
