NetBeans 5.5.1 - interaction with Exceed

I tried to use Netbeans 5.5.1 on a Unix machine with my PC as a display -
sorry to say, the Editor window is messed up every time I (or debugger) need
to scroll a text. So - I have to resize it to get a clear picture.

I use Hummingbird Exceed 7.1.1 as a X server on my PC. It works great for
all other Unix applications, so - I think - the NetBeans is responsible for
this mess

Has anybody seen this problem? It's really frustrating...
