Stuck with compilation of netbeans source code

Hey guys
                we are participants in the code for freedom contest ...so
when we tried to compile the source code we stuck up with the problem
1.As you provided the instructions on the web page
http://wiki.netbeans.info/wiki/view/HowToDownloadCompileNetBeans
        set ANT_OPTS=-Xmx512m
This command is not working .....Image (error2.jpg  ) is showing that.

2.If we dont follow the above instruction then we stuck with heap space (
error1.jpg shows that).


So please do help in that.
