There might not be anything that exactly fits your needs, but here are a 
couple of resources:

*http://www.netbeans.org/kb/60/java/gui-binding.html - this introduces 
some of the features of the new beans binding JSR, which greatly 
simplifies binding of data to components
* http://filthyrichclients.org/ - this book is focused more on fancy UI 
stuff, but it has the advantage of coming with some NetBeans projects

BTW, this mailing list is intended for issues on the UI of NetBeans 
itself. In the future, you'll probably have more success posting such 
questions on nbusers.
