Netbeans Windows

Hi Y'all... Id like to make an effect on a window similar to the "output
window" or "paletts" on Netbeans IDE, like when you do click on some
button or even that window, it overlaps some stuff like that

The first image is before pressing the button and the Second one is after
pressing the button, (the window overlaps the other ) It seems to slide from
left side to right. The star is the JPanel overlapped.

Tell me if it wasn't clear enough
