Colors of properties panel (JFrames and dylogs)

Hi all, i'm new to netbeans and i have just a 
starter question about its ui.

I have a dark gtk theme but i have a problem
displaying properties and binding panel of Jframes and
other derivates.

The foreground is light gray and the background is pure white. 

So i wish to know what is the GTK widget connected
to that (or if there is another way to modify those
colors).
