Hi Ivan, the guidelines as they applied before the process was suspended can be found in history of that page: http://wiki.netbeans.org/UIReviewProcess?version=15 . But please note that at this moment, the permanent UI specifications linked from there are *not* up-to-date for 6.7 and the automated tests testing the build against these specs are not running.
