Installation of NetBeans IDE 6.5.1 ML DVD Starter Kits

I have downloaded the NetBeans IDE=A06.5.1 ML DVD Starter kits, but having =
difficulty using the WinOpen.exe file for installation. I can however insta=
ll the NetBeans and JDK=A0included, but unable to make use=A0of the tutoria=
ls included in the DVD, since I am unable=A0 use the WinOpen.exe=A0
