Ah, yes, but that means that ALL languages end up formatted at 2 characters,
I only want to change HTML file tab-stops to 2 characters while keeping all
other languages at 4.

For the moment I have set the default to two and set java to 4, but now
anything other than a java file gets formatted at 2 character tab stops.
