essential doc list updated

Hi all,

Just FYI :

I added a few docs to the "essential docs" list for
translating.  The list is really short, just 5 pages,
since I don't want this to be a big scary list that
nobody wants to attempt.  These are all pretty high
level pages and hopefully ppl might work on drilling
down to the next levels after these are done ...
Suggestions for additions and changes are welcome of
course.

The updated version is on testwww and will propagate
to www in ~1hr :

I plan to contact a few ppl privately who mailed us
recently about helping to translate, and ask them 
if they would be interested in translating the welcome
template, and perhaps some of the others.
