I've just put up the Dutch home page, cool!  It is on the
staging site now :

   http://testwww.netbeans.org/index_nl.html

and will propagate to the live site in about 1hr :

   http://www.netbeans.org/index_nl.html

If you have a chance please check it over to make sure
all txt, characters and encoding look OK.

Good catch - always assume the worst when it comes to legal
stuff.  Thanks.  I used the original english.

Yes, that is fine .. if/when there is a dutch mailing list
that bit should be translated, until then it is not required.
I've simply commented it out.

Single HTML pages are fine for me personally ... anyone else
who would rather zips pls speak up.  For bundles of files etc
zip would be better of course.
