Great. IDE traslation is important to us, I'll check on that.

But...

That's what I understood... We are first looking into translating 
_web_site_ content. Brazilian developers in general can handle the IDE 
in english without any problem. What's a bit harder is information: 
tutorials, how-tos, etc.

So, translating the IDE is _very_ important (the Brazilian Government 
will not use it if it is not translated or at least translatable). But 
to jumpstart the effort, it is my impression that if we get the content 
there first, it will be a better move.

For web content, there's the translations guidelines pages, we'll work 
from there.

But:

- is this handled trough the translatedfiles project?
- should we sign up many volunteers on the webteam@ alias?

I don't want to sound too optimistic, we're starting to get organized 
here... But the feedback I got is that many people are interested in 
helping. Lets see how this goes!
