Ouch - Marek, can you pls clarify ?  I think the correct
syntax is :

    <meta http-equiv="content-language" content="xy">

Eg see :

    http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-html-lan

If our scripts require anything different can we fix
them ?  Quickly ? :-)

I'll do any modifications required to all language pages,
once we clarify what is required.
