Yeap ;-))
If a page is translated, it's pretty bad to see parts of it in any other
language.

Hmm, and considering this whole system is there just to hack around
SourceCast, that'd be overkill, isn't it? When? Oh when?!! will the SC
upgrade?? And why not use a simple PHP instead!!! (rhetoric question, I know
you don't know the answer ;-(( ).
BTW, Scarab is ready, and Collab.net folks there are now working on
integrating it into the whole SourceCast system, so some time in 2010, maybe
;-))
