Survey on ${lang}.netbeans.org

Hi All,

I wonder who will be interested in maintaining ${lang}.netbeans.org in their
native languages?

Also I'd like to flame a bit on the following proposed rules for such sites:

1. ${lang}.netbeans.org gets live when some minimum amount of docs is
translated, see http://www.netbeans.org/community/contribute/localise.html

2. dev@${lang}.netbeans.org mailing list is created, and used for
cooperating efforts on localizing to ${lang} in case there's more than one
volunteer for that language.

3. ${lang}.netbeans.org gets dead when it's not updated for a month. It's
not deleted, but the header is updated to say something like "This site is
no longer maintained, go to an English http://www.netbeans.org to get the
fresh news"

P.S. I'm interested in http://ru.netbeans.org
