moving whole /community/planning/ dir

Hello all,

FYI : as discussed in issue :

    http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=38229

I have just moved the whole community/planning/ dir
structure, to :

    http://www.netbeans.org/community/releases/

(will propagate in ~1hr).  All files were moved over,
nothing was lost.  Please use the new URLs for any
links you add or announcements etc.

I set up redirects for just a few types of files :

- READMEs for all NB versions redirect to new location,
   eg /community/planning/33/1/README.html redirects to
   /community/releases/33/1/README.html, etc.

- /community/planning/36/* -> redirect to new locations;

- /community/planning/40/index -> redirect to new location;

- /community/planning/*.html -> redirect to new locations;

If you think some other pages should be redirected, let
me know.

I have just commited this all to testwww, and it should
be live on www shortly.  Any problems please let me know.
