Glad to see there is still interest in this; I'm sorry I have
let it sit inactive for so long.  Time to move!

Maxym, maybe I don't understand - what do you mean "flame a
bit" ?  Something like "I want to push forward", or something
like "I don't think these are right" ?

+1, great idea - in fact the lists will be created automatically
by SourceCast, I just hadn't thought about using them.  I'd also
suggest the "owner" subscribe to webteam@, to stay in touch with
any site-wide www work/news.

Hmm, this is a bit tough ... eg it is quite possible a home
page, $lang.netbeans.org/index.html, will not change for a month,
even when other pages do.  Home pages are often high level and
quite static - our current translated welcome pages are perfect
examples.

But if you are suggesting that some translated news is available
on the translated site home page also, then yes, your idea does
make sense.  +1 in that case.

We do still need some wider community acceptance of this idea.
