What is the best ?
a) Respect the tree of the www in each translated modules. With one to 
one mapping between the english one and the ${lang} one.
Or are we totally free for the content of the web part of the module  ?

b) wait that new reorganisations of the site is done, or start the 
${lang} content now ?

Do you think you can help me by migrate all french pages from the 
testwww to the fr.netbeans.org, by automatically modify all links to 
english pages AND images.
(the goal is certainly not to duplicate all existing images of www into 
all ${lang}.netbeans.org
