new design is live

Hi all,

Just FYI the new site design is live.

There are a couple of known issues, and there are certainly
some that we haven;t found yet :-)  

- Netscape 7.0x does not display the language switcher
  (other Netscapes work, eg 7.1 etc), and other browsers
  work;

- translated home pages look bad with right column content
  not in the new right column;

- other places where right column content should move;

- misc style issues ...

We'll be workig on all of these next week.  If you find any
problems please do let us know.
