Logged-in user is shown as not logged in

Hi,

when I log in, normally the text "logged in as ..." is shown. When I 
browse cvs, the login-box is shown as if I'd not be logged in. However, 
I remain logged in and can access IZ etc. The only problem here is the 
wrong display, probably based on a missing or buggy query.
