"Using Netbeans IDE" downloadable html

Good Day

I'm a first-time user of netbeans and I would like to
know if someone could provide a downloadable html
version of "using netbeans IDE tutorial" on the site
just as a html version of "J2EE tutorial" is available
for download.  The pdf version is not as clear as the
html and I'm not constantly connected to the internet
to view the html.
