Generally old "pre-releases", ie EAs, betas, RCs, that kind of thing, are not available, but full, final releases are. I have a feeling some old releases (pre-3.5.1) might not be available simply because I never got around to importing their data in the downloads DB (we only started using that schema around 3.5.1 timeframe). I can do that if you need them (I should do that anyway). For resource reasons (disk space), old daily and Qbuilds are not kept too long, AFAIK, though I'm not sure how long ...
