Hi there, Thanks for the link. I would like the old release because that is what is installed on the workstations in the classrooms where I'll be teaching. Is it possible to still get 3.4.x? Because of Wisconsin regulations, I cannot change the curriculum for the class to use the new version of NetBeans until next fall. Any help is appreciated. Thanks again. -Dominic Maxym Mykhalchuk <[email protected]> wrote: Thanks Jack, I had a feeling these releases should have been there on http://www.netbeans.info/downloads/download.php?a=arch&p=1 Here's the request I received, though I'm not sure why Dominic wants to download such an old release as 3.4.x ;-) Maxym 2006/7/19, Dominic : > > Dear Maxym, > > I would like to download NetBeans 3.4.x and when I click on the link to > download I get an error page: > > http://www.netbeans.info/downloads/downloads.php?a=arch&p=1 > > Could you send me a link for download this version of NetBeans please? > > I am teaching a class this fall on Java and this is the version I need. > > Thank you. > > > -Dominic 2006/7/20, Jack Catchpoole : > Hi Maxym, > > Maxym Mykhalchuk wrote: > > Is there any policy that specifies what releases are still stored in > > IDE download archive, and what are removed? > > http://www.netbeans.info/downloads/download.php?a=arch&p=1 > > > > The thing is -- isn't it natural to keep the full history? > > Generally old "pre-releases", ie EAs, betas, RCs, that kind of thing, are > not available, but full, final releases are.
