When I looked today, "Slovak" was in the pop-up menu for index,  
contribute, sources, and mailing lists, so this seems to be okay now.
Note that _while_ you are viewing the localized page, the "Slovak"  
menu item is replaced by "English".

You mean https://translations.launchpad.net/ ? We are redesigning the  
page over the next few months, I hope we can introduce more  
interactivity and make contributions even easier (including more wikis).

The reason we do not auto-select the localized page is that the  
contributors usually never come back to maintain the pages, and we  
don't want to forward users to potentially out-dated pages (e.g. with  
links to old downloads).
