Hallo Peter,

unless you see something different than I, I would assume this is the
intended behavior, so there is nothing I can 'fix' about it.

Do you have a wiki login? You could removed the lines that generate the
TOC, print the page, and revert the change... I attached a copy of the
file without the TOC for you.
