Contribution to the translation - cs

Hello,

first of all, I would like to explain the reason, why I am writing. I study
at the Czech Technical University and have a subject open-source programming
and within this subject, we are supposed to take a part in some open source
project as our semestral project. Since I am pretty happy user of Netbeans,
I thought that contributing in this project would be a good idea and I found
out that there are localization teams for various languages etc.

So, initialy, I thought I would help with translation of the program itself
and I found out, that there is some 3-man team from Czech Republic already
working on it and according to that project status, there was a part
translated, but not all. However, those information seems to be rather old
and on some other pages (i.e. http://wiki.netbeans.org/TFL10nCommunityStatus)
is obvious, that pretty much most of the stuff is translated. Also, I tried
to contact the guys from the cs translation team, but with no luck.

As I was checking out where else could I take a part perhaps, I found out,
that there are localizations of web-content also, and what more, that there
is nothing at all translated into czech language, at least according to the
status page (
http://netbeans.org/community/contribute/localisation-status.html).

So, basicaly, what I was wondering and what I would like to ask about is,
whether you are even interested in making a czech translation of the web
content (seeing there is not even a column for czech language) and if yes,
if I can start translating some of the pages following the "how to get
started" order and such.

Also, if this is not the right place to write or if you got any tips where I
could get perhaps more information on this subject, please tell me, I am
rather new to how open source communities work and not exactly sure, if I
should contact someone else or so, since in the list of language teams (
http://wiki.netbeans.org/TFLanguageTeams) is nobody mentioned under Czech,
there's just link to the translated Welcome page and through it I
unsuccesfully tried to contact the guys as I mentioned inf second paragraph.
