Hello Shehzaad,
first let me apologize for slow response.

We really appreciate your offer to set up mirror for the NetBeans  
downloads in Pakistan.

Currently we do not use mirrors for more then half a year as we  
switched our downloads to very powerful world wide content delivery  
network called Akami. It has thousands of servers all around the globe  
and serves users from nearest one based on they geo location.

Our fault that we have not updated our page about mirrors [1] with the  
note earlier. It's now fixed.
