Apart using the OSGi shell, there is actually no way to see the deployed 
bundles.
Next JOnAS version (5.2) will offer a Flex OSGi console for that use 
case, but it's not currently integrated.

jonasAdmin only shows services that provides a MBean.
As the simple service example is just an example, it does not have such 
a capability.
So you will not see your service in jonasAdmin.
