Re: manuall upgrade bundled eclipselink in 5.2.0 ?

You should use one of this jar in replacement of the existing module in 
the JONAS_ROOT/repositories folder
http://maven.ow2.org/maven2-snapshot/org/ow2/easybeans/osgi/easybeans-modules-persistence-eclipselink-2.x/1.2.1-SNAPSHOT/easybeans-modules-persistence-eclipselink-2.x-1.2.1-20110426.153104-11.jar

The SNAPSHOT version is using the EclipseLink 2.1.3 version
