See the documentation here. I will try to check that deployme tool soon. Someone told me that the newjc command could also be used in that case. newjc also creates a cluster of Jonas instances that can run in the same machine, right ? Thanks for helping. By the way, if anyone is interested, here are the files that i needed to modify (for Jonas 5.2.1) : carol.properties jetty6.xml tomcat6-server.xml tomcat7-server.xml uddi.properties jonas.properties a3servers.xml joramAdmin.xml From: "[email protected]" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, August 4, 2011 10:06 AM Subject: [jonas] RE: Re: Running 2 (or more) instances of Jonas in the same Linux server You should take a look to the deployme tool hosted in the JASMINe project (administration framework for JOnAS cluster); -- ---------------------------------------------------------------- Benoit Pelletier http://jonas.ow2.org Bull, Architect of an Open World TM http://www.bull.com De : Celinio Fernandes <[email protected]> A : "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Date : 08/02/2011 23:06 Objet : [jonas] Re: Running 2 (or more) instances of Jonas in the same Linux server I think i got it. I created a new instance again and modified the ports whenever i got conflicts. It seems to work well. In any case, if you still can make a script to make it easier ... :) If anyone is interested, I can detail the files that have to be changed in order to run that second instance. I would like to run a second instance of Jonas on the same server. Of course I need to change the configuration because I am going to face numerous port conflicts otherwise (jmx, http, rmi, etc). Is there a tutorial / a document / a page that lists all the modifications needed in the various configuration files in order to run a second instance of Jonas ? And eventually a third ... etc ? I have already asked the question in this forum but i am still stuck : http://www.developpez.net/forums/d1101461/java/serveurs-conteneurs-java-ee/jonas/faire-tourner-plusieurs-instances-jonas-simultanement-meme-machine/ It would be neat if you guys could provide a script that would modify all the configuration files whenever we want to add another instance of Jonas.
