The patch is not perfect and has a side effect on UI tags extending AbstractClosingUITag (the content of the tag is not written). As soon as i got more time i will take a closer look at this.

Description:
Our custom UI components need to have access to the body content but currently AbstractUITag extends TagSupport hence does not support body content manipulation.
