PropertySet hibernate provider status

I'm thinking of implementing a hibernate provider for osuser since now there is
a hibernate provider implementation for propertyset. However after browsing
through the propertyset's hibernate provider source, I'm getting a bit
suspicious anout the status of this new piece of code. Anyone can comment here
?
