[PATCH] osworkflow build.properties

Hi,

I tried to build osworkflow 2.5 from source and was struggling to find the 
right compiler type. I don't have the default (jikes) installed, maybe the 
default should be "modern" ?

Anyway, patch below adds the compilertypes ant currently supports.
