You can use the "normal" osworkflow functions like getWorkflowNames,
getWorkflow, saveWorkflow, hmm, maybe we should add deleteWorkflow to modify
the database and yes, we'll write a separate tool that can modify workflows.
the idea is, to let a "user" create his own workflow without needing any
programming knowledge.
Oh, btw we need to talk about versioning ;-) If you modify a workflow and
save it in the database, the old versions should be kept and used for the
workflows that are still active.
