JIRA Notifications

I have just setup JIRA to send email notifications when issues are created or commented. I have set them to email the "[email protected]" email address, which I think is the most appropriate list for these notifications. If anyone has email filters setup for this mailbox, the JIRA notifications will start with "[JIRA-Opensymphony] ". If there are any objections let me know. If the volume of messages gets too verbose, then we can create a new mailing list for it.
