I broke CVS

Sorry guys - I was trying something this morning and I broke CVS. Mondo bad
mistake when SF website is down :(

I'll file a support request and get it fixed ASAP.

If anyone wants to file one in the mean time (as soon as SF comes up) - we
need to ask them to comment out the lines added below (to commitinfo and
loginfo)
