Why is such an old beanshell version (1.2b5) used?

Just starting to get up to speed with the 2.5 version from CVS, and noticed that the beanshell included is still the old 1.2b5 BeanShell version, instead of the current 1.2b7. 1.2b7 has been out now since last Nov, and seems to have no issues in my use of it.
