Bug in OSUSER module

Hello,

I'm using com.opensymphony module OSUSER. I've founded one bug there 
(in JDBCCredentialsProvider.java). There after line #88 (in method 
remove() should be inserted this line:

ps.setString(1, name)

As now there is prepared statmenent (delete from usertable) with no 
name provided as of it method failures.
