Description:
build.xml should use location instead of value for directory properties.
e.g.
    <property name="lib" location="lib"/>
instead of
    <property name="lib" value="lib"/>


2. jalopy task should use full path for convention xml.
    ... convention="${src}/etc/jalopy.xml" ...
instead of
    ... convention="src/etc/jalopy.xml" ...
