It's pretty common problem if dependencies are kept under version control, and not properly designated. ( I mean hibernate2.jar - what version is it? ). Good way to deal with this is to checkout sources, zap all suspect jar files ( where version is not exaclty known or where problems may arise ) and replace them with known-good jar files.
