Just seeing an architectural overview of the pieces of the puzzle is 
enlightening. From the perspective of someone whom doesn't use your list of 
tools each day, it's very useful to have a brief overview. The code 
questions, if they do come, proceed from there and could be answered by the 
usual means of finding a solution to a question about a platform...

A simple page of explanation would be enough. Mike came along to an AJUG, a 
few weeks ago, and broke down the architecture for javablogs and things made 
sense enough for me to become interested in what OpenSymphony was doing once 
more; hence my lurking and reading. :) Most developers would be quick on the 
uptake, I think, once they could see how the toolkit or  `reference 
architecture' operated.

Anyway, I'm enjoying reading what's going on and am still interested in 
adding a bridge to the User API in webMethods Integration Server should it 
be wanted ... we'll see.
