Well, I downloaded a release from SF a few months ago; t's sitting on this machine at home. I want to use it for a project at work too. A User API that can work across vendors is a great idea but it's not very promising if you can't find a nightly build.

So, I was under the impression it had moved to dev.java.net but hadn't properly emerged from the transition.
