[OSUSER] Can someone commit USER-48?

Hi all,

I wanted to bug one of the committers about committing the code in USER-48
(http://jira.opensymphony.com/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=USER-48).  It is a
couple unit tests for the Memory and JDBC providers that bumps codecoverage
up to 9%.  I am working with another developer on integrating OSUser in an
application based on Turbine with OSWorkflow, and we are having some
difficulties.  Getting the unit tests in would give us a good base for
implementing our own tests of our Turbine Provider.

I also want to debug some of the issues with the Hibernate provider, so I
have some unit tests for that, but they build on what is included in
USER-48.
