Should OSUser jar include osuser-default.xml

Hi all,

I am tryign to get osuser-1.0-dev working with Seraph, and discovered that
the jar when it is build doesn't include in the meta-inf a
osuser-default.xml file.  Is that intentional?  It seemed that by default
there should be something, but maybe not...

The reason I am hitting this is b/c seraph out of the box loads up the
UserManager with the default constructor, which looks for osuser.xml.  Now
maybe this is just a config problem, versus something that requires
osuser-default.xml to be in the actual jar?

I didn't want to fix the build to include osuser-default.xml without
checking..
