releases

For anyone making any release, please don't forget to cvs tag the 
source tree. Without this, it's impossible to know exactly what went 
into a release. This has terrible consequences, like never knowing for 
sure if a particular bug was fixed in a particular version. Sitemesh 
for example wasn't tagged at the 2.0 release, so I have no idea what 
changed post-release.
