mavenized oscore, propertyset & osuser

I have pretty much done with mavenizing oscore, propertyset & osuser

Also I ahve changed osuser back to use xdoclet 1.2 (updated some tags etc)

I had to make some changes to the way the JUnit tests ran (config files
changes only)

Currently I can't see how the propertyset JUnit tests could be running, but
I don't use Ant directly so I didn't test

Is there any real enthusiasm to have the mavenized versions?

Any enthusiasm to actually change over to maven for the builds?

I also made some good progress generating sites for osuser etc using maven

Anyway let me knwo and I can start to clean it up if anyone wants it
