Hi,

In an effort to update and streamline the documentation of several modules,
I got to OSCore. Some of the classes seem old and experimental. Here are
some concrete questions:

1. com.opensymphony.web.ActionContext -- conflicts with XWork's
ActionContext, what is this?
the whole com.opensymphony.web package seems an experimental MVC (WebWork?)
thingy from Joe?

2. can we finally remove the com.opensymphony.util.Logger and the whole
com.opensymphony.provider.log thing? This is deprecated since ages...

3. com.opensymphony.util.FileManager? Jason, care to explain/document this
class?

Thanks,
Mathias
