Quartz Featured on O'Reilly's On Java site

Dejan Bosanac wrote an article titled "Job Scheduling in Java" in which 
Quartz is prominently (and mostly accurately) featured.

I didn't have a clue this was being written, but it's a pretty good 
article.  I've updated the Quartz documentation to include a link to it, 
and have a few other changes as well for the Quartz pages.

Can someone (Patrick) update the site please?
