RE: How to release stuff

Sorry, my bad -- I was planning to announce the release on the homepage
this weekend. The links went bad because I started an "Archive"
directory, which I think is a good thing (provided the links get
updated, which they didn't this time).

I'll be sure not do that again. Sorry about that.
