webwork-examples don't work

I downloaded and installed the latest version of Webwork JBoss v. 3.2.3 = today. As described in the installations instructions, I added the = commons-logging.jar to the classpath. Then I want to take a look at the examples, so I put the webwork.war = into my deploy directory and it deploys fine (no errors in the = server.log). When I invoke "Expression language test" the following exception is = thrown: org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Caught throwable when instantiating = action: Test, throwable: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Action = 'Test' not found or could not be initialized: = java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: No ClassLoaders found for: Test Root cause: javax.servlet.ServletException: Caught throwable when instantiating = action: Test, throwable: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Action = 'Test' not found or could not be initialized: = java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: No ClassLoaders found for: Test at = org.apache.jasper.runtime.PageContextImpl.handlePageException(PageContext= Impl.java:533) What's wrong here?
